About Order in the House

Forming this company has been in the back of my mind for the last few years, and with the pandemic, I finally took the plunge.

I saw a need at newer consulting companies to help them jumpstart the depth and breadth of of their methodologies, templates, best practices, coaching programs, contract reviews and utilization profitability.

My background has been primarily project management. For over 25 years, I have managed projects of all types. These have included implementations for ERP, Content Management, Publishing, the editorial conversion to color in The New York Times and finally Salesforce.

Not too many years later, I moved into Salesforce consulting. And for the most part, the CRM projects were agile (of all variations). Over the last 15 years, I have managed programs and projects ranging from 40 million to 100K dollars and established several PMOs. This included:
•Refining multiple methodologies
•Creating 100s of templates and best practices documents
•Teaching and coaching dozens of project managers
•Editing 100s of contracts (scope portion)
•Optimizing forecasting and billing processes to ensure financial accuracy and ensure every last dollar was billed on time

The mission of Order in the House is to improve delivery quality, increase profitability, and boost customer satisfaction through better project management by partnering with Consulting Practices, so they can implement wildly successful projects.
